Inpatient Services
When you need treatment in a hospital, know that Southwest Regional Medical Center is here to provide the care you need close to home. Our patient acuity, or the level of illness experienced on average by our patients, has risen over recent months, because of more advanced treatment options available here at Southwest Regional.
Our 77 bed inpatient services include acute care services, an intensive care unit, a surgical unit and a behavioral health unit. The medical surgery floor consists of the latest in technology with a state of the art Nihon Kohden telemetry system. Also available to our inpatients are laboratory services, a pharmacy, respiratory therapy, dialysis, physical therapy services and diagnostic imaging.
All patients receive free cable services, free phone service, electric beds and semi-private rooms and baths.
