Foundation for Wellness
On December 1, 2009 the Foundation entered into a contractual arrangement with Southwest Regional Medical Center to lease the space formerly known as the Wellness Center and to completely upgrade and improve all services involving fitness and wellness. In four short weeks, the facility was totally renovated and state of the art fitness equipment was purchased and the center, renamed the Foundation for Wellness was once again open for business.
With nearly two dozen cardiovascular machines, most of which come equipped with a television monitor for individual viewing, 15 pieces of weight training equipment, 7,000 pounds of free weights and a heated therapy pool, there is something for just about everyone. Monday- Thursday: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
